Japinder Grewal, DVM

Dr. Japinder Grewal is a dedicated associate veterinarian at Santa Monica Pet Medical Center. Originally from Southern California, Dr. Grewal earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from UC Irvine in 2014 (Zot Zot), followed by Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing his clinical training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Badgers!)

In his free time, Dr. Grewal enjoys playing basketball and exploring the city with his dog, Desi, a free spirited tripod rescued from the woods by Rags to Riches, an organization known for the TikTok-famous cat Wisp. He is a devoted fan of the Los Angeles Lakers and Green Bay Packers, fluent in Punjabi/Hindi, and currently learning Spanish.
